Each year, the New York City Department of Education conducts a survey among school parents, teachers, and school staff for their ideas on how to improve the city’s education system. Students from grades 3-K to 12 and their parents can take part in the survey.
In 2023, the survey is conducted from February 13 to March 31. You can take the survey link.
If your child is in grades K-12, you will be required to enter a nine-digit Student Identification Number (OSIS) when registering for the online survey. You can find it on your child’s report card, on your child’s school ID, or on their account on the NYC Schools website. On the survey page, first enter the letter F (it must be lowercase) and then your child’s OSIS. You will then have access to the survey.
If your child is in 3-K or Pre-K, the survey access code can be obtained from their school.
