New York is giving away ‘sexy’ waffles for free: how to get it

Free waffles and good vibes take over New York in early September. For a limited time, September 1-8, inclusive and sex-positive waffle shop Sugar Wood is partnering with dating app HUD, SecretNYC reports.

Anyone who shows their profile on the HUD will be able to get a free waffle, and who knows, maybe you’ll get a fan or two? What’s more, for each waffle, $1 will be donated to the New York Alliance Against Sexual Assault Fund.

The goal of the HUD app is to create a safe, inclusive, empowering approach to dating with no strings attached. Along with the waffle, you will also receive a cute surprise to show off your pride.

Choose a phallus or vagina shaped waffle, and then choose the signature sauce you want to dip the waffle in. Finally, there are six delicious streusel toppings to choose from! In addition, Sugar Wood sells signature and savory seasonal cookies.

The charming store is located at 157 Prince St. Sugar Wood is open Monday through Thursday from 13:00 to 20:30 and Friday from 13:00 to 22:30. On weekends, the store is open from noon to 22:30 on Saturday and from noon to 21:00 on Sunday.
