Iconic Coney Island Lunapark will be open in winter for the first time in history
The iconic Lunapark at Coney Island is a must-visit during warm weather. But this year you can enjoy entertainment there in winter too. TimeOut told us more.
On the subject: A Christmas train will travel through New York in November: where will it stop
This year, for the first time since it opened 120 seasons ago, Coney Island Luna Park will welcome guests into the winter as part of a new holiday event called Frost Fest.
From November 18, 2023 through January 7, 2024, visitors will be able to ride iconic rides, enjoy a new ice skating rink, admire holiday lights, shop for holidays, take photos with Santa and snack on holiday food.
Tickets are now available for purchase via this link.
If rides aren’t your thing, we encourage you to still take part in the festivities, even if it’s just a winter view of Coney Island. There is something magical about seeing this place at a different time of year.
