VCR Group plans to open a modern American restaurant, Little Maven, in New York this fall. We decided to find out which establishments the company owns and which ones it plans to open.

One of the co-founders of VCR Group is an immigrant from Belarus, Gary Vaynerchuk. And this is not his only business.

VCR Group has three locations in New York City and three more in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Ito (New York)

A gourmet omakase sushi restaurant led by Michelin-starred Chef Masa Ito and Chef Kevin Kim. Located in midtown Manhattan, Ito features contemporary Japanese décor and a 16-seat omakase counter where chefs offer their inventive twists on traditional sushi. Bar Ito is a sister restaurant concept in midtown Manhattan. An opening in Las Vegas is planned very soon. Bar Ito will be a more casual concept with prices to match, but still equals the quality of Ito’s cuisine. The focus will be on premium handrolls, maki and sashimi.
