Valery Kogan, a Russian airport magnate, and his wife Olga have listed their penthouse at 15 Central Park West for $65 million. They also sell an apartment at the Plaza for $38 million.
In addition, Kogan only recently sold a duplex at 515 Park Ave. for $14.5 million. In February, US federal agents arrested two apartments at 515 Park associated with the Russian oligarch Viktor Vekselberg, who is under sanctions.

It’s asking for almost three times the $22.71 million the couple paid for the penthouse in 2008. The apartment is furnished in the style of Marie Antoinette, for which the Kogans are famous.
The sale is handled by Raquel Wasserman, a licensed broker at Gold Standard Realty.
No less majestic is the apartment of the spouses in the Plaza.
This apartment with four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and a separate toilet is being sold by Wasserman. The residence is adorned with “24 carat gold trim, Venetian plaster, paneled walls, vaulted ceilings, ornate chandeliers and sconces. As well as custom-made cabinets and… a castle-like turret,” the ad reads.
The dining room, living room and library overlook Central Park. The building has a concierge, a doorman, a gym, a SPA center, valet and maid services are available.
The couple bought the apartment as two separate units for $26 million in 2007 and then combined them.

As for the apartment they sold at 515 Park Ave., it is located on the 34th and 35th floors of the 42-story tower. The sale also includes a studio of 32 square meters on the second floor of the building.
The 465 square meter duplex includes five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and several toilets. The windows offer views of Central Park.
The broker for the sale was Adam Rothman of Douglas Elliman.
The Koganovs also own a $250 million estate in Israel, modeled after the White House and Versailles.
The couple’s lavish spending knows no bounds. In 2017, the couple shelled out $3.5 million for Mariah Carey and Elton John to perform at their granddaughter’s wedding.
