Many residents of the Big Apple love Chinese food. If you are one of them, then this summer you will find a holiday – a large-scale festival of Chinese cuisine and culture Dragon Fest.
The first day of the festival is Saturday, June 24th. The events will take place at Washington Square North (between Fifth Avenue and University Place). This open-air festival includes entertainment, fairs (they will sell Han clothing and Miao jewelry), and Chinese food and drink.
More than 100 dishes await visitors: dumpling soup, dan dan noodles, candied sticks, tofu and pudding cakes. Food for the festival will be prepared by chefs from famous restaurants, including MáLà Project, Kopitiam, Pecking House, Lady Wong.
