Couple stabs and beats man five times over parking space dispute in Queens
Two people brutally attacked their neighbor in Queens after an argument over a parking space, according to NewYorkPost.
Arturo Cuevas, 30, and Daisy Barrera, 27, can be seen in video footage as the couple beat their 28-year-old victim with a baseball bat just before 4:00 pm on March 17 on 49th Street near 47th Avenue in Sunnyside.
Barrera and Cuevas were arguing about parking with the man and decided to attack when they spotted him on the street. After the attack, they left him on the street in critical condition.
The couple repeatedly beat their victim with a bat. The victim also received five stab wounds “all over the body” during the attack in broad daylight.

10 second video begins with the fact that the victim is already lying on the ground in the middle of the street, next to him is a splash of blood. The man is seen kicking him in the back and over the head just before the woman hits him over the head with a bat.
“Oh my God, stop!” – you can hear someone screaming.
Two other women are standing nearby. Another person is only partially visible in the frame.
The victim is then rolled onto his stomach, but this does not prevent the attacker from hitting him again in the face with some object before the video cuts off.
The victim was taken to Elmhurst Hospital Center, where he is in a critical but stable condition, police said. Barrera and Cuevas were arrested and charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
