Giovanni Martine, a Bronx resident, said he was at a Westchester County amusement park with his family when the Music Express suddenly went out of control. At that time, there were about 20 children on it.
“I had relatives on the ride and they panicked,” Martinez said. “Thank God I missed that race.”
The operators were unable to stop the carousel from spinning for five minutes, causing several riders to become dizzy.
