The Kennedy Center – Opera House (Washington, DC)
The Kennedy Center Opera House Orchestra provides live accompaniment for the New York City Ballet's annual visit to DC from Lincoln Center, bringing a pair of programs spotlighting signature works from their co-founding choreographer George Balanchine, including the blues-influenced "Haieff Divertimento" and his famous "Firebird", inspired by painter Marc Chagall.
